Our Beliefs

We are Holy BEINGs and Idealists who align to & recognize Natural Law, Universal Law and the Biological Laws of Nature.

We embody Balance, Eternal faith, Idealism, Nature, and Guardianship, and the following principles as central to our faith:

Belief in God as the Creator of all things, who formed the universe and sustains it through divine providence, as stated in Scripture:

“In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth” (Genesis 1:1)

Alignment with Natural and Universal Laws, including principles of balance, cycles, and interconnectedness inherent in God’s Creation, as expressed in Scripture:

“There is a time for everything, and a season for every activity under the heavens: a time to be born and a time to die, a time to plant and a time to uproot.” (Ecclesiastes 3:1-2)

Connection to all through consciousness where all are united and equal, as one:

“For we were all baptized by one Spirit so as to form one body—whether Jews or Gentiles, slave or free—and we were all given the one Spirit to drink.” (1 Corinthians 12:13)

Commitment to idealistic*, indigenous ways of living that honour humanity’s biological creation, including sustainable practices and reverence for the Earth, as stewards of Creation:

“Then God said, ‘Let us make mankind in our image, in our likeness, so that they may rule over the fish in the sea and the birds in the sky, over the livestock and all the wild animals, and over all the creatures that move along the ground’” (Genesis 1:26)

Nature as the primary place of worship, where gatherings occur to attune to natural energies and rhythms:

“The heavens declare the glory of God; the skies proclaim the work of His hands” (Psalm 19:1).

Affirmation of human freedom and stewardship under God’s sovereignty, emphasizing trust in divine providence over reliance on systems that may restrict individual liberty or commerce in ways that conflict with the natural order, as supported by Scripture:

“It also forced all people, great and small, rich and poor, free and slave, to receive a mark on their right hands or on their foreheads, so that they could not buy or sell unless they had the mark” (Revelation 13:16-17)

Reverence for the sanctity of the body as God’s temple, promoting natural health practices in alignment with the Biological Laws of Nature and divine order, and respecting individual conscience in decisions affecting personal health, as inspired by Scripture:

“Do you not know that your bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit, who is in you, whom you have received from God?” (1 Corinthians 6:19), and
“Just as a body, though one, has many parts, but all its many parts form one body, so it is with Christ.” (1 Corinthians: 12:12)

Commitment to only consuming animals in their natural state, free from artificial interventions and raised according to Natural and Biological Laws, to honour the divine order of Creation and maintain the purity of God’s provision, as affirmed:

“Everything that lives and moves about will be food for you. Just as I gave you the green plants, I now give you everything,” (Genesis 9:3), and
“He makes grass grow for the cattle, and plants for people to cultivate—bringing forth food from the earth.” (Psalm 104:14)

Reverence for God’s provision of natural foods and medicines in their unprocessed form, including seed-bearing plants and herbs, as gifts for sustenance and healing, as confirmed:

“Then God said, ‘I give you every seed-bearing plant on the face of the whole earth and every tree that has fruit with seed in it. They will be yours for food.” (Genesis 1:29)

*Idealism:
Idealism, as understood in the Holistic Church of Nature, is the pursuit of divine principles shaped by God’s eternal ideals, mind, and spirit, prioritizing spiritual truths over material constructs, as echoed in Romans 1:20. Living an idealistic lifestyle, inspired by indigenous ways of knowing, involves embodying God’s perfect design through sustainable harmony with nature—such as reciprocity with the land, using only what is needed, honouring ancestral knowledge through oral traditions and memory (Hebrews 13:7: “Remember your leaders, who spoke the word of God to you. Consider the outcome of their way of life and imitate their faith.”), and community-based practices that respect all Creation as teachers (plant, animal, and human nations). This fosters spiritual wholeness, ecological balance, and moral well-being, aligning with the body’s sanctity as God’s temple.

Practices:
Practices include meditation, prayer, grounding, ceremonies, education programmes and community-based food-growing, decision-making, nurturing and care to promote spiritual and moral well-being for all.
Ancestors and loved ones who passed before us are honoured through Nature by planting trees, shrubs and flowers in memorial, as they watch over us and connect through heartfelt memories, as inspired by Scripture:

“Brothers and sisters, we do not want you to be uninformed about those who sleep in death, so that you do not grieve like the rest of mankind, who have no hope. For we believe that Jesus died and rose again, and so we believe that God will bring with Jesus those who have fallen asleep in Him.” (Thessalonians 4:13-14)

Adherents are known as Holy BEINGS and/or Idealists:

“Holy” reflects the Biblical call to sanctity: “Be holy, because I am holy” (1 Peter 1:16) – BEINGS embody the acronym B.E.I.N.G. as follows:

∞ Balance: Living in harmony with Natural and Universal Laws, as guided by Biblical principles, as affirmed in Scripture:

“Honest scales and balances belong to the Lord; all the weights in the bag are of His making.” (Proverbs 16:11)

∞ Eternal faith: Belief in God as the Creator and the eternal nature of faith, as per Scripture:

“In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth,” (Genesis 1:1) and:
“Jesus Christ is the same yesterday and today and forever.” (Hebrews 13:8)

∞ Idealism: Pursuit of God’s divine vision for life, striving for a nature-aligned, Biblical ideal that maintains His purity as inspired by indigenous living, as per:

“…brothers and sisters, whatever is true, whatever is noble, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is admirable—if anything is excellent or praiseworthy—think about such things.” (Philippians 4:8)

∞ Nature: Nature reflects God in profound ways, serving as a mirror to His divine attributes, with sacred geometry evident in natural patterns as God’s ‘fingerprint’, echoed in the Bible:

“For since the creation of the world God’s invisible qualities—His eternal power and divine nature—have been clearly seen, being understood from what has been made, so that people are without excuse.” (Romans 1:20)

∞ Guardianship: Commitment to stewardship through indigenous living, honouring humanity’s Biblical mandate to care for creation, as per Scripture:

“The Lord God took the man and put him in the Garden of Eden to work it and take care of it.” (Genesis 2:15)
